A private driver is your personal chauffeur in a comfortable vehicle, working exclusively for you. Unlike a taxi or Uber, a private driver waits for you as long as needed, helps with your luggage, knows the best routes, and speaks your language. Can I change the route during the tour?
Absolutely! That's the main advantage of a private driver. Want to spend more time at a beautiful castle? Stop by a winery on the way? Just say the word — the route is flexible and adapts to you. We can also recommend hidden gems that regular tourists never see.
How do I book a transfer?
Send us a message on WhatsApp or fill out the form on our website — we'll reply within an hour. Just let us know the date, time, flight number, and number of passengers. Your booking is confirmed once we agree on the details.
What vehicles do you use?
Mercedes-Benz V-Class — a spacious minivan for up to 8 passengers, perfect for families and groups. Toyota Prius Plus — a comfortable car for 1 to 4 passengers (up to 6 without luggage). All vehicles come with air conditioning, bottled water, and phone chargers.
What languages do you speak?
We speak Russian, French, English, and Armenian. No need for translation apps or hand gestures — we communicate, advise, and assist you in the language you're most comfortable with.
What's included in the tour price?
The price includes: a vehicle with a driver for the scheduled duration, fuel, parking, toll roads, and bottled water. Not included: entrance tickets to museums and attractions, meals, and tips (at your discretion). No hidden fees — the price we quote is final.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash (euros) and bank transfers (IBAN, SWIFT/BIC). Payment terms are discussed at the time of booking — depending on the type of service, a deposit may be required or you can pay in full after the trip.
